Does anyone from Samsung actually take part in this forum

I reported a problem with the fingerprint scanner on my laptop due to a Samsung driver update more than a year ago, and no one from Samsung has responded at all. Really is a terrible level of customer service and will certainly be a factor when I next buy a laptop.

No, if you want Samsung respond you need to send in a error report though the support section of this forum and leave your feedback.

If your using the members app it's at the bottom of the page with the support icon, next to it is the forum icon and right across to the far left is the discover icon. Click on support and bring up the menu.

Why not phone Samsung Customer Services and seek their help.....

How did you report it out of interest?
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.
