Could somebody help. I must be doing something wrong. I have just bought into the Samsung thing and never been more disappointed, except when I once bought an iPhone!
Items i have are:
Book 3 360
S pen pro
Fold 4
Problems are:
1. Not all buttons in air command on book 3 open. Seem to stop working after updates that cannot be removed or stopped before download. I have tried resets, updates and the Samsung help list. I have also tried origin spen that can with lap top.
2. S pen pro is not showing on smart things. I'm sure it was showing on the devices page but not now. It seems to work on both phone and laptop, except for above issue.
These are things specific to Samsung and useful. Would really appreciate any help.
