Hi All,
Here a group to gather all who are interested in pursuing Samsung against the faulty screen design of the galaxy book laptops that lead to an issue of durability of the screen which is prone to physical damage even when used with reasonable care!
I believe many of you are facing a similar problem I have! That is why I came up with an idea to gather more people as possible to start a Group Court action against Samsung for screens design fault for galaxy book laptops.
Please state you interest to go through with it and let our reasons to be heard!
Regards,
Laura

Hi everyone! Sorry I have been silent I am still waiting for a final decision..... I have been told it could take awhile
For who like me is being ignored by currys
I personally took the advice of citizens advice bureau so I went step by step as told
However currys has https://www.currys.co.uk/adr-info.html
Alternative dispute resolution centre which they never bother to let me know which you might be interested on contacting to try and resolve the issue
I tried to call them and left a voice mail but they never reply to me so I am going to try again after I get an answer from the ombudsman I contacted already
Probably better if you email instead of calling at list you got the email for your records

Really surprised by how bad Samsung customer service is. Their call team are abroad and they don't really care. They waste your time and make you go round in circles, encouraging you to call a different number to the same call centre. Or recommending the repair team to assess the damage knowing they are going bill you. Poor quality laptop not fit for purpose; meant to be robust and carried everywhere! Planned to buy a tablet ultra but now shifting towards Apple.

Every case is taken seriously and judge following the personal situation of every each of us so that is why I following all the step including contacting the ombudsman before to go for court action and I suggest to everyone do the same but of course keep in touch for further development

Could you post your letter to the ombudsman? Then we can also write and reference your letter, so the ombudsman knows there are a lot of us.

Hi Stephen, the information the Ombudsman want is your story and what you did so far date and times, timing is everything
If you didn't yet please contact citizens advice bureau they will tell you what you need to do before contacting an ombudsman
After you follow all the primary steps and still need to contact an ombudsman you can share all the links of groups like this to show that your case is not the only one I believe everyone including me at this point did it

There's a group action brewing in the states. I've registered here:
