Hello,
I need help troubleshooting and repairing my Samsung CLX3185FW printer...when I print a page, the page prints correctly, but after printing the ordered page, the printer triggers the passage of several intrusive and extra white sheets which are not printed of course but end up on the 2nd or 3rd or even 4th by creating a paper jam, generally at the entrance to the "fuser"....so I request the printing of a page on a sheet, printing which goes well but is immediately followed by the passage of several white sheets (ghosts) one after the other, one by one, not in a bunch....and it blocks (jams)....

Hey,
That sounds like a hardware issue possibly the pickup roller or exit sensor is dirty or failing, or the fuser isn't signaling properly that the page has exited. Try cleaning the rollers and checking for any stuck sensors or bits of paper near the fuser. Also, make sure your firmware is up to date Samsung printers can get weird like that.
Good luck!

<span;>Hello, thank you! Yes, it's probably a matter of "Sensor Exit" which no longer signals the passage of the page finished printing. So, I think there are 4, the only one I know how to locate., it's the one attached to the Fuser...the others, those who are concerned, where are they?
<span;>and besides that of the Fuser, which ones are concerned?🤔</span;></span;>

Yeah, you're right the fuser exit sensor is one of them. The others usually include the registration sensor (before the paper hits the fuser), the tray/pickup sensor, and sometimes a duplex sensor if the printer supports double-sided printing. They’re usually along the paper path check near the rollers and paper feed areas.

Could the solenoid be responsible for this failure that I mentioned above, that is to say the passage of several sheets for a printed and ordered page.....
