I have acquired a second-hand printer and it works perfectly other than the paper tray seems a little odd. A4 printer paper does not fit completely into the tray. I have to leave the plastic paper-tray extender open. This means the paper extends out of the tray when loaded. It's almost as though the tray is too short.
The online manuals show the paper fitting perfectly normal in the tray and the extended cover closed over the freshly loaded paper.
If I load paper to look like the picture then the overlap is at the front of the tray and gets squashed as I push the tray fully in.
Has anybody experienced this at all or can offer a suggestion/solution as th where I could be going wrong.
