CLX-6260 printing too dark

My Samsung CLX-6260 is printing everything too dark. I can't find a colour management option on the touch screen . Can anyone help?

Thanks Chris but I have had little success with HP. I have tried and all I managed to get back was a message that my printer was no longer under warranty. I tried to use the virtual helper but it does not recognise even the most basic questions and does not like the mention of Samsung. HP also does not provide any phone numbers to contact a real person. Oh for the days when you could call the service team and get an answer. I tried going back to my retailer (a dedicated office equipment company, who told me they no longer sell Samsung and not interested in helping.
