Can't get 4K 60Hz resoultion on HDMI2 input on u28e590d monitor

According to the product specification and to the product manual this monitor has two HDMI inputs: one limited to 4k 30Hz and another one limited to 4k 60Hz in reduced blanking mode. I'm unable to get 4k 60Hz on the second input. I've bought HDMI 8K 60Hz cable, have capable graphic card - RX 570 - and have properly installed drivers for "ue590_u28e590d (HDMI2)".

Is something wrong with the monitor?

Check the gfx card is detecting all modes, the cable could be faulty

Gfx card is not detecting 4k 60Hz for HDMI. It is detecting it for DisplayPort. I've actually tried to check EDID data emitted by the monitor and it DOES NOT have any entries for 4k 60Hz for both HDMI inputs. I guess this means there might be old firmware installed in the monitor OR maybe specs in the manual are wrong.

All my cables are new and HDMI 2.0 complaint.
