C460FW Multifunction Laser Printer: "Paper Empty in Tray" message

Hi,

I've had the above laser printer for about 6 months with no problems. Recently, it will print 1 page then tell me the printer tray is out of paper, when it is not. Switch the printer off then on again and it will work again, but only for one page. Any suggestions?

It'd be best to give the Print Support team a call (contact details here), as they'll be able to remotely access your printer and check through the settings.
