BSOD critical process died samsung laptop

I keep having this appearing and I don't know how to stop it. Another problem Is that I don't want to reset it since I have important files and applications that i need. Is there anyway to solve this? I need a solution to this urgently.#book3 pro 360

Are you able to boot the PC in safe mode? Normally 2-3 forced power off will prompt the device to enter recovery mode, from there look Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup settings > Restart > Option 4. If this is successful, back up all your important files and perform a full factory reset.

Is there no other way then to factory reset bc all my ports are thunderport or usb-c and I have 300gb of important files. If not would you recommend that I back up on a memory stick or hard drive.
