You could need a new battery, I had a Toshiba AMD sepheron processor that did that for years.
If it is new and still under guarantee or warranty you should be covered against problems like that.

If you have a hard disk drive, it will be slow to boot up. If you have too little RAM, it may be slow because it is spending a lot of time swapping between the RAM and disk.

You need to look at the Task Manager to see if your CPU, RAM, or disk are operating near 100% utilization.

and please Also check your list of startup programs in your system. There may be unimportant programs that you can disable at startup.

If your video is sharing RAM with the operating system, you may be seeing memory starvation and need to add more RAM.

If your brand new laptop is running slow, there could be several reasons behind it. First, ensure that all system updates are installed, as manufacturers often release updates to improve performance and security. Check for any pre-installed bloatware or unnecessary programs that might be consuming system resources and uninstall them. Additionally, make sure your laptop has sufficient RAM and storage for your needs; sometimes, upgrading these components can make a significant difference. Running a full system scan for malware can also help, as malicious software can severely impact performance. If none of these steps improve the speed, consider reaching out to customer support for further assistance, as there could be a hardware issue or a more specific software conflict.
