HI folks,
I've just got a T7 to replace my old external HDD but it keeps disconnecting?
I normally run all my work files via OneDrive this way and never had any issues until I got this new T7.
Any ideas on what's going wrong?
Thanks in advance.

I have the same problem with my T7 when it is connected to the USB3 hub of my laptops on Windows 11. I have tried all sorts of things, but none of them have worked including:
- Turning off automatic power saving from device manager for the USB hubs
- Turning off selective USB power saving from the power settings in the control panel
- Turning off security
- Updating the firmware using Samsung Magician
- Repartitioning and trying NFTS or ExFat
- Trying new cables
Interestingly, it doesn't seem to have the same issue when I use it on Linux.
