I had the worst possible experience with the Galaxy Notebook and the Samsung assistance.

the Notebook has some embedded software issues that prevent it from working reliably. Since I bought it every now and then as I was launching programs or opening few apply at once the laptop screen would go black. NOT A DISPLAY ISSUE, but something related to the software.

brought it to Service center in Milan in May 2022 (under warranty), they said they had found the issue and resolved it. In reality I recently found out the case was never closed and the issue never resolved.

I reduced to basic the start up programs and with this trick it worked a little better but again it didn’t work properly.

i communicated the same to the service center in June 2022. Never got any reply.

i put the laptop away for some time as I did not need to use it as much, now that I was trying to use it again same issue.

brought it to service center again. They charged me 15€ inspection fee up front and concluded it was a display issue and I would need to pay 300€ to have it fixed. 
I challenge both the charge and the diagnosis.

i think these people are incompetent at best, crooks more like it….

never ever a Samsung product again!

I'm really sorry about what happened.

I reviewed the old repair file.

I confirm that further repair will need to be done.

If the warranty terms have expired, the repair will be done for a fee as you have been instructed.
