Bonjour, 
Mise à jour Samsung biz service impossible, j'ai un message dans le play store me disant que l'application n'est plus compatible avec mon téléphone, Samsung S8. 
Que dois je faire, à quoi sert cette application? De plus la mise à jour reste affichée, comment la faire disparaître?

Samsung Biz Service n'est pas une application officielle et autorisée par Samsung.

Je vous conseille de faire une réinitialisation totale de votre appareil. Vous avez ici les étapes pour cette manipulation.

i prove herby by a screenshot from my note 8 that the app is official samsung ltd. app and even the developer email address is on domain samsung.com

 

actually they did not reply

its spyware you just dont want to write this officially in your forum

here you can see an example of the excellent outstanding service that samsung officially offers in Hungary
 
dear French Samsung users
i bet only Samsung Korea knows the answer but as the Koreans cannot communicate due to odd reasons with other Samsung employees we will never have a Solution for this spyware
 
i recommend blocking samsung.com in the wifi that connects the Samsung Biz Service

You can delete the cache and data, following the next steps: Settings - Apps - Google Play - Storage - Clear Cache and Clear Data. After this we recommend restarting your phone and testing if the application works properly.

 

If the mentioned step did not resolve your issue we recommend checking the available software updates and the application's updates. If both of them are up-to-date, we recommend deleting the application's last update. In order to delete data, please follow the next steps: Settings - Apps - Google Play-  More (Three dots in the top right corner) - Uninstall updates - OK . After the procedure, please restart your phone and check whether the issue persists.
