Galaxy A10s shuts down after update is 99% complete

Hi, 

My Samsung A10s don't turn ON after the installation of the last official Update. when i press Volume Up + power it start installation again until 99% and nothing happen...

what can i do please ? i don't want lose my Data.

hi, try to install the update manually using Odin software via PC to keep the data put the HOME CSC file. I specify that Samsung does not recommend these manipulations

Did you buy your phone in France and live there?

If this is the case, I advise you to do a forced restart by long pressing and at the same time on the Power and Volume Down buttons. If that doesn't work, technicians at an authorized repair center will help. I do not advise you to use Odin. Rooting a device may cause malfunctions and, in the event of repair, the warranty will not apply.

If this is not the case, I suggest you contact the Samsung service dedicated to your country.

Déjà vous confondez deux choses le flash via Odin n'est pas du Root et selon la législation la garantie matérielle s'applique en Europe malgré les modifications logicielles apportés à l'appareil.

Cela fait plusieurs fois que je vous prend en flagrant délit de propager de fausses informations concernant le Root et malgré mes interventions vous continuez sciemment à propager la fausse rumeur que le Root annule la garantie.

Jusqu'à preuve du contraire c'est pas la modération de Samsung qui fait la législation à sa sauce.

Je vous prierai de bien lire ceci et faire passer ce message à vos responsables car vous n'êtes pas à l'abri de poursuites judiciaires :

La Free Software Foundation Europe indique que rooter ou flasher n'importe quel appareil est légal. D'après la directive de l'Union européenne 1999/44/CE, remplacer le système d'exploitation originel ne doit pas annuler la garantie qui couvre la partie matérielle de l'appareil durant deux ans sauf si le vendeur peut prouver que la modification logicielle est la cause du défaut.
