My SM-G998U1/ DS device does not have the Android 13 Update yet. I checked using the Check for Updates option in settings and the SmartSwitch PC app, but it shows I'm on the latest version (Android 12).
How can I fix this problem please ?

It looks like your phone is running a GCF (Global Certification Forum) firmware and apparently they didn't care to update it to Android 13/14.
As long as you are running this firmware, you won't be able to update, sorry.
We don't talk about unofficial ways of getting firmware onto our phones on community.samsung.com, you'll have to seek help on specialised forums like XDA, sorry.
