Right now subwoofer is really low even on max bass and subwoofer level, on windows 10 I'm constantly having the issue where the sound won't come until I switch the monitor focus or put on Dolby atmos content or switch input or turn the TV off and on again which is very annoying wondering if there is any fix to this?
On firmware 1012.6

Have you upgraded the firmware? If your firmware is up-to-date, I'm sorry, there is no solution at present, unless Samsung releases a new firmware.
More information can be found in the link below. Similarly, I sincerely hope that users who encounter this problem should unite and pressure Samsung to release new firmware as soon as possible to fix the problem. In addition to feedback in the forum, Samsung's twitter can also provide feedback and complaints.
