I have soundbar Q950A last one year the issue is sound preset audio quality is not as content audio quality these presets except standard all are downgraded Audio quality. That issue not able to understand samsang engineers because they are not qualified in India they just doing jobs to visit home then giving promises to resolve this issue very soon but result is big zero unqualified service engineer in India. If any one of qualified engineers listening pls resolve our problem that is not our problem that’s your problem too. Samsung is big and trust brand.
