I replaced a sound system with a B-Series HW-B550 after the old system had problems after many years use. Before use I installed s new firmware and as the old cable was bulky ended replacing it with a new one as it now comes in front of the TV. Its via HDMI-ARC and we get regular short sound breaks. We have had this with both the old and new cable. This is something we never had with the original sound system. What I can do or is there likely to be a further firmware update to address this problem?
