I was wondering if anyone can help me or signpost me to someone/a website that may be able to help with my query.
I am getting no picture from my Sky Q Mini Box when connected to my Samsung TV via a Samsung soundbar.
The equipment and avaiable HDMI connections are as follows:
Samsung TV UE43NU7020K (HDMI In 1 and HDMI In 2 (Arc))
Samsung Soundbar HW-N400 (HDMI In and HDMI Out (TV Arc))
Sky Q Mini Box (HDMI Out)
My connection is as follows:
HDMI cable from TV (HDMI In) to Soundbar (HMDI Out (TV Arc))
HDMI cable from Soundbar (HDMI In) to Sky Q Mini (HDMI Out).
I have tried connecting using different connections but end up getting no sound and picture.
