Samsung n950 soundbar

So I originally tried to connected my iPhone 11 to the Sound bar and it kept on disconnecting, I checked Samsungs help site and it said to update to the latest firmware but I am still having the same problem

Try resetting the networks connection and factory reset the soundbar and try again.
