Hello
I own a Samsung soundbar J7 50 0 stuck in a loop hello-din-off-hello-din-off. It started after a firmware update. The problemwas recognized by sam sung as it said that a recent software issue caused certain 2013 - 2016 multiroom speakers and sound bars to power cicle. As of July 13th, 2023, the issue has been resolved. However the solution provided on the webpage, volume up and down pressed at the same time on the soundbar itself (not on the remote), does not work for me. Any suggestions?
Thank you

Thank u, good for nothing, cheap, irresponsible company. Thank you for letting me down again, for bricking my soundbar, and then denying any wrongdoing. Thank you for deleting your triumphant, good for nothing solution, posted on one of your webpages, including the WAM spekears bricking problem. Thank you for ignoring the problem and ending in bricking more soundbars, the Q series. Thank you for telling me that I have to pay for your wrongdoing, and cover all the fees in a second hand joint you call service shop in this God forsaken country of mine. Thank you for determining me to repair the soundbar on my own, in the privacy of my home. I did it, but u have lost a customer. Forever.

I would also like to state that HWj7500 reboot loop prevents the usb firmware update. Given the restart loop it also does not connect correctly to lan (it connects intermitently during hello-din-off and then connection is dropped).

if I long press the mute button on the remote, while sound bar is on standby, the IDSET message appears. If I press turn off button on the remote the sound bar turns off during the reboot loop. So the sound bar reacts to remote control. I have noticed the fact that during the reboot loop there is some traffic going on trough lan cable between sound bar and router. However the traffic is halted by the continuous reboot loop hello-d.in-off-hello-d.in-off and so on

It almost fits the way samsung handles things around here. I have called samsung call center, they asked me to bring the soundbar to a local shop and repair it, me paying everything (almost 300 dollars). Samsung software engineers have broken my soundbar with an untested update and now i have to pay? Are you people for real? Are we in the same script?
