Q990D Cashback

I purchased  a Q990D while the cashback was showing on the website and app as £500.  I submitted my claim and also submitted proof of the £500.

So I can see from my banking app that £400 will be landing in my account in 3 days time.

It should be £500.

Why has this not been dealt with?

Hi and welcome, email the claims team, I found them helpful quite a few times when issues arise.

Still no response from the email I sent on Saturday.  I have sent  my story to BBC WatchDog and encouraged others in the same situation to do likewise.  Looks like they are just ignoring people.

@Sam_UK I've just received my cashback for the same purchase, purchased from Richer sounds, Samsung kindly decided remove £100 off and give me only £400 back instead of the £500 the promotion claimed.
