Ive been battling having Alexa running on the Q990b Soundbar for a couple of days. Then I noticed something strange. I can control perfectly the Soundbar from another device but cannot get it to react to the wake up word like a regular Alexa Echo device.
I looked at the Soundbar description a handful of times and it clearly say:

"Alexa Yes (built-in)".
However, in the "Alexa Settings" of the device under Smarthings app it clearly says "Works with Alexa".
What did I miss?
