Q600 Soundbar

Hi have the soundbar a few weeks now. It connects to my phone and tablet no problem. My TV recognises the soundbar, tries to pair, but then asks me to check if the soundbar is switched on. It is and is definitely in pairing mode. My TV is 2020 55" Samsung Frame. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
