Product Registration - serial number invalid?

I've just bought a new Samsung HW-Q600A Soundbar, I've tried to register the product on here but the site keeps telling me that the serial number is incorrect even though I'm reading it off the soundbar, can anyone help?

If you ever find and answer to this let me know as I have a Samsung HW-Q600B and have exactly the same "serial number is incorrect" when trying to register it. The S/N is correct (Samsung even underline the numeric digits so you don't get confused)

I'm going to answer my own question.

After some investigation, Samsung's website is not Chrome friendly. If you use MS Edge the registration page works fine.

Use the serial number on the main soundbar and not the one on the box. You will notice that the one on the soundbar has more characters.
