I am connected to my TV via HMDI e-Arc. I would like to set the format of the digital audio output to pass-through. Unfortunately, this is not possible (this function is not available). Currently it is set to Auto. PCM is also possible, but I cannot select pass-through. It says the following:
When pass-through is selected, the input sound is sent to the receiver without processing. This option is only supported if the source is hdmi and the receiver is connected via hdmi eArc.
I see everywhere that it is connected to HDMI eArc. But why does this not work?
