No Dolby ATMOS Logo when playing ATMOS Content via Nvidia Shield Pro 2019 Connected to Q950T Sounbar

I am not able to get Dolly Amos on Nvidia Sheild  Pro 2019 Netflix App. The connection is as follows  Nvidia Sheild goes to >>> Q950T Soundbar HDMI1 passthrough port >>>Q950T Soundbar HDMI eARC Port connects to >>LG B9 eARC Port but I am unable to bet Dolly Amos on Sheild Netflix App. I have tried all possible combination settings on LG Tv, Sheild but No Luck. I am using HDMI 2.1 Cables all through. Anybody manage to get Dolly Atmos via Q950T Soundbar and LG OLED TV?

I have the same problem, with an identical setup but with the q70t. However, I did find that I get dobly Atmos in Disney+ and Plex.

So I don't think it's the Nvidia shield or the soundbar. It kind of seems like the problem is the Netflix app. But I can't be sure.
