My hw q800A soundbar turns itself off with low volume ..

My samsung hw q800A soundbar turns it self of if i have it on low volume connected with hdmi earc..

Please give us an option to turn this off..

Hi, what is the volume that you set when it turns it off? I will try it with mine.

I am experiencing another issue (https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/audio-video/samsung-soundbar-hw-q800a-crashes-on-volume-up-and-d...😞 if I turn up and down the volumen several time, than it disconnects from the TV/Spotify. Can you try if you can reproduce it? Thanks
