Infinite loop

UK support team not answering to me so thought I'd try here to see what I can do 

daughter's Blu-ray player has stopped working it's on an infinite loop over and over I see loads of people are having the same issue after a software update what can be done please the model number is samsung bdj5900 thanks I see many people are having same problems
