Hi,
I’ve just purchased a HW-S60T soundbar but I cannot get it to verify to SmartThings.
It recognises the soundbar, it connects fine, but then I get to the part where I need to press ‘-‘ on the bar to verify the device. Nothing happens, I’ve tried endless times pressing ‘-‘ once, several times, holding it….etc. This seems to be the last step to getting it connected but nothing happens. It then times out, with a ‘soundbar not connected’ message.
I'm getting concerned the four buttons on top are broken as they don't seem to do anything at all.
I’ll email support@smartthings.co.uk anyway but just wondered if anybody knew of a quick fix?
