Have had this soundbar since 2021 and every so often the audio would drop out (connected via e-arc) and the only solution would be unplugging the soundbar and plugging it back in to make it work again. I've tried swapping HDMI cables, software updates, factory reset, and nothing seems to fix this issue.
It has gotten worse lately whereas instead of doing it once a week, it starts doing it 2-3x a day.
I know this is a disconnected soundbar but anyone have any fixes I could try? It's not in demo/shop mode either as I saw that maybe an issue for some.

The audio drop issue with your HW-Q950A soundbar and LG CX could be caused by conflicts between HDMI-CEC and eARC settings. Try disabling HDMI-CEC on both devices or using a dedicated HDMI eARC port. Also, ensure both devices have the latest firmware updates, and if the problem persists, consider performing a full reset of both the soundbar and TV.

I’ve had cec turned off. All firmware up to date. Issue still occurs.
