Since a few weeks i can no longer find my Samsung HW-NW700 soundbar in the spotify app. it worked fine for the past two years but since a few weeks it is just not popping up in the spotify app anymore. I have tried multiple things from disconnecting the soundbar from power for an hour. trying to update the soundbar and deleting and re-adding the soundbar in the smart-things app.
does anyone know how to fix this problem?
p.s.
I have always had connection problems between my TV (QE55Q8FNA) and my soundbar. Is there a fix for this as well.
(Wifi is optimal for both my soundbar and my tv)

Hey @Members_4A16nyA ,
are both devices up to date? The latest version available for the TV is 1310.4 and for the soundbar: 1001.0.
You can check the TV software version from the Settings> Support> About this TV/Contact Samsung.
To check the current firmware version on the soundbar, follow these steps:
1. Check to make sure the Soundbar is powered off.
2. Press and hold the Sound Control (On the right of the Sound Mode button) button on the Soundbar remote for more than 6 seconds.
