Hi,
I have no sound coming through my SWA-9000s rear speakers or SWA-S700 subwoofer even though they are both connected.
I have followed lots of online help and instructions but still nothing.
I reset the soundbar and re-paired them both. The light goes solid blue, but still no sound.
I've updated the soindbar software, then repaired them both, still no sound.
When I check in the multiroom app, i can see they are connected and it gives me the option to change volume, but still nothing.
Can someone help?

I am in the same situation. Purchased a brand new SWA-W700 subwoofer to pair with my HW-MS-650 soundbar. The sub is connected to the soundbar as the light is solid blue and the soundbar loses all lows when the sub is powered and connected. The sub turns on and off with the soundbar every time. I have done factory resets to the soundbar, no effect. Running the latest software 1147.2 / 196R and paired the soundbar and the sub numerous time, no luck, absolutely no sound in the subwoofer. In the multiroom app I can see the subwoofer and adjust the bass level but nothing happens, the sub is still dead silent. Not even the slightest vibration!!! Please help!
