Gear 360 License

Hi.
I recently purchased a Samsung Gear 360 in a local store in an unbroken package. I did not find any license number in the package. I have tried downloading two different packages. One required the license number that I did not have. The other should accept the licence from the device, but installation failed due to C++ 2013. I have manually reinstalled C++ 2013, but it did not make any difference. Can you please help me?

There was a small sticker on the device, which said

SM-R10 17:04

The a bar code translating to

RFAJ40D611W

Code 128

Then

S/N: RFAJ40D611W

Then there was three QR codes on various parts, starting line GH39, GH90 etc.

None of these looks like a valid license number to me.

Should there be another sticker somewhere?

Hi

Much as I appreciate your sense of humour, there is not much help in a page about smartphones. There is no SIM card in a Gear 360 camera.

I don't use Facebook, but I hoped that this support channel could help me.
