Freestyle projector - scale doesn't work

Adjusted scale to 80%. Worked as expected.
Next time the projector was turned on the screen was back to 1005. Went into settings to adjust and it said the screen was at 80% even though it clearly was at 100%.
Tried to adjust the size again and it will not change. Arrows show that the signal is received to adjust but it is not changing. 
This make the unit useless in the position it is in as it cannot be moved closer to reduce size.
I have fully rebooted the unit and still it is 'stuck'.

Same here, it happens on & off for me. I watch the screen at 50%, 100% is massive & I turn on the projector sometimes & it's the largest screen size but when I go to adjust the scale it shows as 50% & cannot be changed. Makes it unwatchable, I'm not happy about it at all
