I have the following set up:-
Sky Q to HD Fury Arcana
Arcana e-arc out to Samsung 990B e-arc
Arcana hdmi out to Samsung tv e-arc
I now have to reset the sound on the tv every time I change channel . I bought the arcana to resolve lip sync issues. It appears to have resolved this but I now have additional problems. Why do I have to keep resetting sound? The only way I can get Q symphony is via Wi-Fi. Any advice is welcomed
