Hi,
So I have this amazing soundbar hw Q960A but I can't adjust the channel level from the app.
Its so annoying to do this manually with the remote. I prefer to sit in the listening position and do the adjustments.
I have owned the tv and soundbar for 1 year now and am very happy with the products, cut I'm still tweaking and adjusting the settings and angels from rear speakers to get the best sound experience
Have it hooket like this:
Apple TV 4K to soundbar hdmi 2 - soundbar earc out to earc in on tv. ( tv is 55Q77A)
have tried:
reset soundbar
reset app
reset data from app.
Delete app.
deactivated intelligence mode on tv.
