Are you having troubles with the two-step verification for Samsung Account? Two-step verification adds another layer of security to your account. To sign in, you’ll need your password along with a verification code from your phone, authenticator app, or set of backup codes.
- You’ll enter your password to sign in
The first step stays the same. You just enter your account ID and password.
- You’ll be asked to enter a verification code
We’ll send you a secret code through a text message or notification (you can also get a code from an authenticator app or your backup codes). While entering your code, you can choose to skip the verification code step on that device next time to make signing in easier.
The simplest thing is asking for a code with text message, if you have access to your phone number. Can you proceed this way?
