Generative AI Wallpapers not working...

I can't generate wallpapers on the new Galaxy S24 Ultra. Whenever I try to generate one it says "Whoops! You're using an account that can't go here."

Can somebody help me fix this?

I tried to generate a wallpaper ( Settings / Wallpaper and style / Change wallpaper / Creative) and had no problem.

The only thing I can think of, perhaps this is linked to your Samsung account. Do you have a Samsung account; in Settings / Accounts and backups, is your Samsung account displayed?

I am linked to a Samsung account. I even tried signing out and signing back in again. It still won't work. It's really strange because this is a brand new phone so it probably isn't an issue with the phone. Just the account.

Are you using a family link monitored google account? If so because samsung uses Google's ai and Google has put an age limit on who can use their ai it might be that.

I have similar issue. Today I got this 

 I don't want tell you how I saved AI generated wallpapers (not using any third app) ,but I have it many (really many and only for my personal usage) on my phone and seems to me Samsung or Google blocked me, can't use this service any more. I'am not minor.

It seems you can only generate a certain number of wallpapers per day, once you reach the limit you receive the 'can't use service' message. Hope this helps 😊

Yes, limit is 40-50 wallpapers per day, I checked few days in row

Mines not working either and I'm not a minor and date of birth is correct this is brand new phone
