Hard reset

With the device powered up, Hold the Volume down button and Power button simultaneously for 10 seconds. The screen will go off. Continue to hold buttons until the device vibrates and the Samsung logo appears. Release buttons. Device will reboot. Once done, please check if the issue is resolved.

Or cache partition wipe

Plug into a working PC or laptop or other Samsung device

Full factory reset would be the last resort. Obviously back up first.

Unfortunately, I've not found a way yet to fully reset the AI or clear its cache. If anyone else does, please feel free to shout in.

Writing Assistant (I don't know the fancy name for it). It's where you highlight a text and it can change the formality and check spelling etc.

My tablet S8 is WiFi. It was working fine yesterday and today it isn't. I don't think I've changed any settings?

In what environment are you using writing assist in. Texting, writing notes (which app) etc

Oh sorry. On YouTube it has worked before. But also testing it on other apps like on here too and it still remains blank. 1721818342015.jpg
