New Uk/US Tech Pact Into AI and Quantum

News of a new AI and Quantum push Pact. This will be backed by £31 Billion in private investment from the likes of Microsoft,Google ,Open AI and Nvdia. Some question though whether we will have enough specialists going forward to fully take advantage.

Of course questions remain about getting the balance right between creating opportunities and ensuring there is sufficient oversight.
