I have a problem and I hope someone could help me with it. My samsung M30s, which is new and fully functioning by the way, is ruining the data on my sd card. First time was when some data on my sd card suddenly disappeared, and I'm so sure there's nothing wrong with this sd card, so I decided to "unmount" it, and I did that and tapped "unmount", next thing you know the sd card was formatted!!
And since then this happened a lot, sd card data suddenly disappears, partially or totally and it now says the card is empty when I know it's not and I was just listening to music saved on it, and I still can, but "my files" says that the card is empty.
Did anyone else encounter this, and how can I solve it, because it's so upsetting that samsung is completely ruining my data.
