Samsung galaxy type c fast charging plug

I have just purchased a samsung galaxy type c fast charging plug and cable but the samsung logo is upside down compared to all my other samsung plugs and leads, i have noticed that when I use the plug and cable the plug gets hot but non of my other plugs het hot, is there anyway of knowing if i have a fake or genuine samsung plug and cable? 

I have an update on the samsung galaxy plug and cable that i bought and my money is being refunded.

Hello bev! Mind telling us where you got your plug and cable?

Mostly If it wasn't bought in the samsung store it's more likely to be a fake clone, make sure you check anything on the samsumg including your code to check if its real or fake on a website! (YOU don't need to now.]

@BandOfBrothers i have contacted the person regarding the type c plug and cable that i bought and they have refunded my money.
I will only buy samsung products from now on, as you said i have to be careful as these fake plugs and cables could damage my samsung galaxy mobile phones and tablets 🙂

I know the oem original accessories can be more expensive but in the long run I go with safety ,and peace of mind.  😎
