S10e led cover not working

Hello, I have an s10e and a led cover but the phone does not detect it, I cleared the cache and reset it...any idea?

Go to your phone's Settings > Lock screen > LED cover.

Ensure the LED cover features are enabled and set to your desired functionality

Check Connections: Ensure the LED cover is securely attached to the phone's back. Make sure there's no debris or obstruction hindering the connection. Restart Phone: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve minor glitches. Turn off your phone, remove the LED cover, and then reattach it before turning your phone back on.

I dont Have led cover options in lock screen ...

Link the case. Sorry not all devices have that setting. The second solution should help?

Use a cloth to clean both the case and phone. Press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons at the same time for more than seven seconds. If this doesnt work, on top of the other solutions I would speak to samsung support directly to see if they can assist
