Hi all. I've got a 32gb micro sd card in my galaxy a7 2017 model. It's been fine for ages but now the phone won't recognise that it's installed. If I remove it and put into laptop I can read all the files and pics. Put back into phone and it's as if it doesn't exist. What can I do ?? Thanks.

Can you test the Sd card in another phone?
Clean the contacts of the Sd card.
Unfortunately I had a similar issue with my card and ended up backing everything up and reformatting the card which resolved the issue as it seemed to have corrupted.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
