Issues connecting Galaxy SmartTag2

I've just bought a new SmartTag2. I keep getting an error code (84-002) on smart things. I've tried a few different times and it just won't connect. I've reset the Tag by following the instructions on the app, but still nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

I have a Samsung flip 6, never connected a SmartTag before

Reinstalled as per the above post, it let me create the room, now all installed. Thank you
