Hi @Diana2021, I'm sorry to hear about your Galaxy M30s. If you regularly backed up the contacts on the phone before it got damaged, you will be able to restore the contacts. You will need have access to your Samsung Cloud by having the log in details, which you can enter onto your new device to restore the contacts.
