How do I claim my buds 2 pro from O2 when I haven't received the link ?

Bought my Samsung galaxy S23 more than a month ago and i have waited more than 30 days since purchasing the phone to receive the message but still no news from them. I have also contacted O2 customer service and they said that the message will come within 2 days after you called us.
Still not received it... 😞

You'd be better off posting your issue on the 02 Forum if the buds 2 pro freebie was a 02 offer, one of the 02 staff on the Forum will help you with your issue.

If you purchased the device before the 31st July 2023

But I think O2 send out the Buds once the phone ships

We called O2 again and they said that the offer was finished in May but the question was why was the offer still on their website.
So my dad had told them that he would cancel the contract, return the phone and get our money back. That was until they said we'll talk to the manager, after a while of talking the manager said that he'll deliver it. So we finally received them thanks for the help.
