Galaxy Watch laggy and freezes

Hi , recently my watch is slow to respond when using , screen freezes and generally really leggy,  everything Samsung seems ***** at the minute and starting to regret swopping from Apple last year !!!

Are you still having this issue? Have you been through any troubleshooting steps to try to improve the performance of your Watch?
