I´ve recently bought the Note 8 and noticed that its S Pen is a very thin one. Actually, I haven´t even had a look at the phones released between 2013 to the current model due to the fact that I had held onto Note 2 with much care and affection the last five years. Its S Pen was obviously a lot more thicker.
I was wondering, has the thickness of the stylus been decreased for Note 8 as a start or was this a trend in the recent models too? Also, was the stylus of any earlier stylus as thin as this one?
Thanks in advance.

I've seen videos where the Note 7 and Note fe use the same type if dimensions of pen the Note 8 uses.
I can't comment on previous models.
There are alternative pens a person can use too.
Idea's can be seen in this YouTube from TechZilla.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Thanks man, you´re a legend! They do seem like a solution, the alternative pens.

You're very welcome @Romeo1990
I think it's ultimately down to how / what your going to use the Pen for.
Take care.

Indeed man. The thin one is not one for me, no doubt about it. It feels so weird that I often get a strange feeling that it´ll break.
Anyway, the Galaxy Tab S3 S Pen that is shown in the video that you´ve shared above, where on Amazon can I buy an original model of that stylus? I wasn´t able to find much yet over there.

Launch the YouTube video and look to see if the YouTube reviewer has put in a link.
If not then Amazon or the Samsung Online Shop may sell them.
Or look on eBay sites etc for non working models that specifically include the Pen.
